1. ❓ What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet is a single sheet of Direct-to-Film transfer material that contains multiple designs arranged in one layout. This allows you to print several logos, artwork pieces, or text designs in one order. Gang sheets are perfect for small businesses, resellers, or creators who want to maximize space and reduce print costs. Instead of placing one design per sheet, you gang them all together — saving time and money.

For the best results, please upload PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Your artwork should be 300 DPI (dots per inch) for sharp, clean printing. Avoid JPEGs or low-resolution images, as they may print blurry. Make sure your file dimensions match the print size you want, and all colors should be in RGB mode.

3. ❓ How big can my gang sheet be?

Our gang sheets are 22 inches wide and you can order any length, from 24 inches up to 120 inches or more, depending on your needs. You can upload a design that’s already laid out, or we can help you build a custom layout that fits your branding and project goals.

4. ❓ How do I place a DTF order?

To order, simply visit our website, select the gang sheet size you need, and upload your artwork. You can also use our gang sheet builder (if available) to lay out multiple images. Once submitted, we’ll review your file, print it using premium DTF materials, and ship it fast.

5. ❓ What materials do you use to print?

At Golden State DTF, we use high-quality cold-peel PET film, printed with vibrant CMYK + White ink on commercial-grade DTF printers. Our materials are designed for maximum durability, bold color output, and smooth application. These transfers are stretchable, washable, and perfect for both light and dark garments.

6. ❓ How fast will I receive my order?

We print and ship most DTF gang sheet orders within 24–48 business hours after file approval. Shipping speed depends on your location, but we offer nationwide shipping from Brentwood, CA and local pickup for nearby customers.

7. ❓ Do you offer local pickup in Brentwood, CA?

Yes! If you're near Brentwood, California, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready. This is a great option for saving on shipping and getting your transfers faster.

10. ❓ How do I apply a DTF transfer?

To apply your Golden State DTF transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Set your heat press to 300–315°F

  2. Use firm pressure

  3. Press for 10–15 seconds

  4. Peel hot or cold (both methods work)

  5. For best durability, do a quick second press with parchment paper or Teflon sheet

We include full pressing instructions with every order to ensure clean, professional results.

11. ❓ Can I reorder a previous gang sheet?

Yes! We store your artwork files for easy reordering. Just provide your previous order number or email us with the name of the design, and we’ll have it reprinted and shipped quickly.

12. ❓ Do you offer custom trimming or cutting?

Yes, upon request we can help you trim your gang sheet into individual designs, although most customers prefer to cut their own transfers after receiving the full gang sheet. Let us know if you’d like your sheet cut before checkout or email us with special instructions.

13. ❓ Can you help me design or build a gang sheet?

Definitely! If you need help laying out your designs or don’t know how to arrange them to maximize your space, we’re here to help. You can either:
