Refund policy

At Golden State DTF, we’re committed to delivering high-quality DTF gang sheets and transfers that exceed expectations. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific return and refund guidelines in place to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

📦 Custom Product Policy

All gang sheets and DTF transfers are custom-made to order based on your uploaded artwork or designs. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect size, color, or placement due to customer-uploaded artwork

  • Typos, pixelation, or quality issues related to low-resolution files

  • Changes requested after the order is placed and production has begun

  • Mistakes in customer-submitted gang sheet layouts

Please review your artwork and design files carefully before submitting.

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace or reprint the affected items at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at info@goldenstatedtf.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue and the entire sheet or transfer

  4. Briefly describe the problem

Our team will respond within 24 business hours and resolve your issue promptly.

❗ Order Cancellation

Because we begin processing and printing soon after your order is placed, order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to cancel and issue a refund.

💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  • The item is confirmed defective or misprinted due to our error

  • The order is lost or damaged in transit (after shipping investigation)

  • An approved order cancellation is confirmed before production

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days once approved.

📦 Return Shipping

If we request that a product be returned for inspection, the return shipping will be covered by Golden State DTF. Otherwise, no product returns are required for reprints — just photo evidence is typically sufficient.
