1. Overview

Golden State DTF provides custom DTF gang sheet printing services and related products. All content, products, and services on this website are subject to these terms and may be modified at any time without notice.

3. Ordering & Payments

All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and final confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

  • Payment: Full payment must be made before production begins.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales taxes will be added where required by law.

4. Custom Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Uploading print-ready artwork in PNG format with a transparent background

  • Ensuring correct sizing, layout, and image resolution

  • Reviewing and approving all artwork prior to submission

Golden State DTF is not liable for printing issues resulting from low-resolution, incorrect, or misaligned customer-submitted designs.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or there is a confirmed error on our part. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, graphics, text, and designs — is the property of Golden State DTF and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding or reproduce any materials without written consent.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local pickup in Brentwood, CA and nationwide shipping. Once a product is shipped, Golden State DTF is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/damaged packages unless the issue was caused by our error.

8. User Accounts & Data

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Misuse or fraudulent behavior may result in termination of your access.
